Primarily, rather than having a hectic and frenetic
backdrop for study, students of The Washington and
Lee University School of Law can look forward to a calm
and tranquil environment in which to get their heads
down into their books. Added to this is the collegiate

cold faculties found in many other tops schools. This

Washington has one of the smallest student bodies in
the US for a top law school.

where students are given a large amount of trust and
responsibility when it comes to important parts of
college life. For example, students are allowed to take
some exams home and complete them there. Some
exams are not proctored. And students generally
