Some Pre-Law Vocab Words. Part 1.

Posted: May 27, 2008

I wanted to take a moment and go through an initial list of
words that I link all pre-law students should acquaint
themselves with. I’m not going to give you the definition of
these terms. Instead, if you are not sure what one or more of
them mean take a moment and look them up in a good legal
dictionary like Black’s.  If you don’t have a law dictionary
now is your time to get one.  This list is just part one. Over
the next few weeks I will post additional word lists. Learning
these words will give you a leg up on your coursework
before you ever set foot in a law school.  Of course, not all
of these words and phrases can be found in Black’s. You
may need to do some research.
